FIELD TECHNICIAN

A field technician is used when necessary to perform field work or support tasks. This service is billed at $75 per hour. The assistant is a fully trained technician with over 10 years of specialized training and practical experience in accident investigation.

EXPENSES

It is the policy of Tran-Tech Services to bill a client for what it considers normal expenses incurred, without pre-approval. Some examples are as follows:

Mileage at 60 cents per mile

Lodging, if a overnight stay is necessary

Meals

Film, prints and enlargements

Video Cassettes

Photocopies and/or reproductions

Exhibits

Diagram Plots

Plane tickets, auto rental, parking fees, etc.


Expenses of an unusual nature are discussed with the client in advance before incurrence. The likelihood of encountering an item such as this is very rare, but worth noting. All expenses are billed to the client at its actual cost. 

Documentation of any or all expenses is available upon request by the client.

PAYMENT OF INVOICE

All invoices are payable upon receipt. Trans-Tech Services does not work on a consignment basis. An invoice is past due after 30 days. Late charges of 2% per month will be applied immediately and accumulate monthly. Non-payment of invoices will result in the cessation of all work, closing of the file and withdrawing from the case. Trans-Tech Services will not consider reopening the file after closure.
